Smoke Damage Refresh

We just wrapped up a major interior job in a Kitchener apartment unit that had years of smoke damage built up — and the transformation is incredible.

The previous tenant had smoked inside for years. The walls were yellowed, the smell was strong, and there were multiple large holes in the drywall. But with some serious prep and quality materials, we brought the space back to life:

  • Patched and repaired several large holes in the drywall

  • TSP wash to clean off residue and stains

  • Oil-based primer to seal in odours and discolouration

  • Finished with two coats of Dulux Diamond interior paint

Now it looks (and smells) fresh, bright, and totally renewed. Check out the before & after video!

P.S. The owner is replacing the floors and asked us not to use drop sheets
